Mix 1mL of wash buffer in 19mL of D/W. This gives 20mL of ready to use wash buffer.

To 20mL prepared wash buffer add 1gm of sample diluent powder. (3 gms skimmed milk).

Sample diluents provides required pH for Ag-Ab reaction & also prevents non-specific binding of sample contents to the wells surface.
