Merilisa HIV 1-2 Gen 3rd is an enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative determination of antibodies to Human Immunodeficiency virus HIV-1 and HIV-2 in human serum or plasma. Merilisa HIV 1-2 Gen 3rd is intended to detect IgG, IgM and additionally IgA to the envelope glycoproteins of HIV-1 and HIV-2 using recombinant proteins gp41, gp120 and gp36.
