MITSU – Offering reliable short-term wound support with minimal tissue trauma
MITSU FST is a short-term absorbable braided and coated synthetic suture, made of low molecular weight Polyglactin 910. Made from a copolymer of 90% glycolide & 10% lactide, MITSU FST (Polyglactin 910 FAST) suture is available only in an undyed version. MITSU FST degrades by hydrolysis and assures predictable and reliable absorption.
- Retention of 50% knot tensile strength upto 5 days
- Complete mass absorption within 40 to 42 days
